( Dr. Doris Brougham ) 教育獎學金案」訂定，該案業已報請政府主管機關核備。

In accordance with the third article of the resolutions passed during the 66th meeting of the Overseas Radio & Television Board of Directors, the Dr. Doris Brougham Scholarship was established and has already been submitted and approved by the relevant government agencies.
