  1. 由本會所組成之「彭蒙惠(Dr. Doris Brougham)教育獎學金」管理委員會審查之，評比相同時，殘障生與清寒生優先錄取，不適者得不錄取，申請人對於審查結果不得異議。

  2. 管理委員會於必要時得約申請人面談。

  3. 本會將綜合全部申請文件包括英文自傳、老師英文推薦函、在學成績、研究報告、申請書及其他審查文件及面談紀錄審查評比。

  1. Applications will be evaluated by the Dr. Doris Brougham Scholarship Management Committee.  In the event that multiple applications are equally qualified, preference will be given to handicapped or low-income students. Applicants cannot raise objections to the final award list.

  2. The Management Committee will arrange for interview of applicants if necessary.

  3. The Scholarship Committee will compile and evaluate all required documents, including the English self introduction, teacher’s recommendation letter written in English, school transcripts, a research paper, the application form, other submitted documents, plus the interview process. Decisions will then be made accordingly.
