  Many people collect things. It is a fun hobby. Some people collect books or coffee mugs. Others collect toys, little dolls or cards such as Yu-Gi-Oh! They may trade items with others. That is fun, too. A collection can be large or small. Some collections have hundreds of items! Some items are rare and special. Many people are proud of their collections. They like to show them to others. They often do that on Instagram.

Ivy:      I’m talking about collections today on my podcast. Do you collect anything, Ken?

Ken:     Yes, I do. I’m quite proud of my collection. I collect Yu-Gi-Oh! cards.

Ivy:        Fun! That’s a very popular game. How many cards do you have?

Ken:    I have several thousand.

Ivy:     Wow. Do you have any rare cards?

Ken:    A few. But I’m always looking for more!

Ken:       Yes. People need different cards, so we trade them with one another.

Ivy:     That’s fun.

Ken:       It is. I get quite a few different cards that way.

Ivy:     Please show me sometime.

Ivy:        I collect small dolls and toys. I often show my collection on Instagram.
